Eaton’s Data Center Power Distribution is currently seeking an Inventory Clerk on 2nd Shift to join our team. This position is based at our Santa Ana location. Pay: $21/hour Benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision) 401K (6% Match) Vacation (Two Weeks Starting Out) Position Overview: The Inventory Clerk works to make sure that other employees have the supplies, raw materials or products necessary for optimal business operations. The clerk will stock and count supplies and report any differences between the actual count and the stock levels in company records. This position requires the ability to assess damaged, returned or mis-ordered inventory and fill out the appropriate paperwork for inventory write-offs. Cycle count materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock. Report discrepancies between physical counts and Made 2 Manage system records. Research lost material transactional history and resolve by correcting bin allocation. Maintain and update records in MRP and/or Excel. Develop or improve upon inventory management procedures. Work with accounts payable and receiving team to resolve aging past due invoices. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. Forklift experience Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience in inventory control. Ability to work extended hours.
