Maintain data on consumptions, order lead times and stock levels. Utilize MRP tools to determine replenishment schedules and quantities. Ensure inventory levels are kept at their optimal levels

Handle enquiries from operation departments and coordinate with them to regularly review inventory levels, consumption trends and demand forecasts

Verify and ensure accurate inventory information is maintained in system

Monitor and follow up of PR’s and PO’s. Closely communicate with procurement team to ensure inventory items arrive as scheduled

High School Graduate or Diploma Degree

1 – 2 years’ working of experience

Work independently and good team player

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in Cantonese, Good in English and Mandarin

Knowledge in ERP system, preferably in SAP

Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook
