Responsibilities:

• Interview and select workers
• Customer service task allocation
• Operation manager task allocation
• Staffing planning based on history productivity
• KPI evaluation and improvement action
• Look for potential contractors
• Collect price information
• Submit contractor data to logistics manager
• Implement schedule and process changes
• Review performance with onsite implant
• Guarantee timely dispatch of all reports
• Claim handling and resolution

Requirements:

• University graduate or Logistics/Factory working experience of 5 years
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in contract logistics, 3 years in management
• Hands on experience in warehouse management
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to structure, present and support a business plan and a budget
• Able to work under pressure
• Good people management skills to create a good team spirit
• Able to work collaboratively across business functions and geographie
