君师投资目前正在招聘一名全职的初级投资分析师，工作地点为其在上海的全资子公司。

税前年薪的组成有基本工资、生活津贴、额外的医疗保险、以及年终奖金。公司按照法律规定按月缴纳五险一金，员工可享受带薪年假等福利。

我司招聘的程序如下：

1、首先进行电话访谈；

2、通过电话访谈的应聘者，将被邀请参加面试（中英文，包括金融财务专业程度笔试）；

3、最终轮面试。

任职要求

1、硕士研究生学历，毕业于国际top高等院校。专业要求为MBA、经济、金融、财务；

2、通过CFA 1级及以上（优先考虑）；或全球公认会计金融类同等资质；

3、至少两年全职的与咨询或投资相关的专业工作经历；

4、中英文的口语、书写熟练专业;

5、在财务、研究上有好的分析能力，并具有较强的综合推理能力；

6、思考快速、能解决问题；在承担责任以及达成目标上有强烈的决心；

7、有条理，时间管理能力强；

8、职业性：自我激励，有韧性，能在规定时间内完成工作且保证准确性，以解决问题为导向，面对客户能成熟应对，自律性高、遵守职业操守，自我督促；

9、个性：积极主动，热情而不失冷静，有创造力而不失条理，乐观且能提供务实的方案，渴望知识并发掘各种可能性，待人接物成熟稳重，具备国际视野和思维能力，以及文化敏感性。

工作职责

1、协助投资组合管理中与财务控管相关的日常工作；

2、财务分析；

3、协助项目执行及管理中的事务；

4、用中英文做投资管理汇报;

5、组织实施行业研究和分析报告的撰写；

6、协助与项目相关的其他工作；

7、完成团队其他资深员工指派的其他任务；

8、需要少量的商务出差。

Candidate Profile

1、Master’s degree from a top international university in MBA, Economics, Finance, or Accounting;

2、CFA 2 candidate preferred; or equivalent globally recognisable accounting or finance credentials.

3、Have a minimum of 2 years relevant full-time professional working experience in an advisory or investment related work field;

4、Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both oral and written;

5、Highly analytical with strong financial, research, and synthesis skills;

6、Fast thinker and problem solver, and with a strong determination to achieve objectives and to take responsibility;

7、Organised and excellent in time management;

8、Professionalism: self motivated, tenacious, deliver assigned work on time with accuracy, solution driven, having mature interaction with clients, having strong self discipline and ethics, and require minimal supervision;

9、Personality: proactive, passionate but with a calm mind, creative but organised, optimistic but practical in providing solution, eager for knowledge and exploring possibility, maturity in manners, having international mindset, and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

1、Assist in portfolio management day-to-day financial control related work;

2、Financial analysis;

3、Assist in project execution and management;

4、Investment and management presentation in English and in Chinese

5、Conduct industry research and analysis report;

6、Assist investment related ad-hoc work;

7、Other ad-hoc duties as delegated by senior staff

8、Required little business traveling.
