Responsibility:
-Assist team with conducting research including but not limited to the analysis on medical device industry, healthcare, etc. Main tasks include data mining, analysis, and report drafting, etc.
-Participate in strategic capital market projects, incl. M&A, JV and other forms of collaboration domestic and abroad. Main tasks include opportunity screening & evaluation, and project execution etc.
-Develop professional network and relationships with domestic and overseas investors
-Assist team with due diligence, prepare supportive documents;
-Assist in other team tasks upon request.

Qualification：
-2022/2023 Bachelor, Master and PhD students from renowned domestic and overseas universities. Finance, economics and social science majors preferred;
-Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Wind, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Dealogic, etc;
-Native English speaker and basic Chinese; American and European students preferred;
-Proactive and responsible. Abilities of fast learning and working efficiently under pressure.
