Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional advice and in-depth Hong Kong stock analysis to the management; 
• Perform equity fundamental research and financial modelling for Hong Kong listed shares, A shares, China ADRs and bonds;
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of key companies in certain sectors, including China Property, China Property Management, China Education, China Pharmaceutical and China Technology;
• Work with fund manager to interact with targeted companies, sell-side analysts, industry specialists during the fundamental research process;
• Attend company management meetings and industry conferences, conduct company visits, site visits and channel check on covered companies;
• Generate investment ideas, make investment recommendations to fund manager based on deep fundamental research and keep monitoring the fundamental change of relevant sectors and companies;
• Compile data from multiple sources and develop financial models on covered companies
• Maintain a general knowledge of the global investment climate, market conditions and economic environment;
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments such as private equity investment. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above, in Business Management, Accounting, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications;
• Holder of CFA or CPA highly preferred
• Experience in buy side and familiar with Hong Kong Stock Market in TMT, Healthcare, Property and Education Sector is a must;  
• Prior experience in reputable and established financial institutions and asset management companies;
• Good knowledge in industry research, company analysis, stock valuation and selection, and competence in financial modelling;
• Well organized, detail-oriented and with analytical mind;
• Enthusiastic and proactive in work, great sense of ownership, multi-task ability, able to work independently, but also a team player;
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Investment Analyst.
