• build and sustain relationships with internal and external clients by understanding needs and providing solutions.
• drive revenue opportunities with core clients and running processes from origination through execution and increase returns of products and services
• develop new creative ideas and solutions to client needs and identify cross-product opportunities to help push the business forward
• have an expertise in the financial sector with a core understanding of the SPAC market opportunities including front-end structuring and back-end financing solutions, in addition to prior experience in LatAm capital markets opportunities.
• collaborate cross-functionally within investment banking divisions, working across product groups and regional office locations
• make sound and balanced judgements in line with UBS professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards
• have team leadership in creating client presentations for both marketing purposes and live transactions and motivate others by providing a vision of shared goals
