The Intern will focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets projects execution, with complementary exposure to the commercial area. Also, provide support to the relationship between the firm and the clients and will be engaged in the preparation of marketing material and financial models during the pitching process as well as the execution work streams of relevant M&A and capital raising processes within a wide range of Sectors in the Brazilian market.
