Job description
1. Select projects and conduct preliminary evaluation according to the investment strategy of REIT;
2. Conduct feasibility study on potential projects that conform to the investment strategy;
3. Write the internal investment report, communicate with the investment committee members and track the approval process;
4. Responsible for the due diligence with other professional teams;
5. Analyze the strategic conformity of the company's operation and management, and make reasonable suggestions on the future business direction and strategic adjustment;
6. Coordinate the accumulation of information and resources of key cities and regions at the macro and micro levels, establish database, write research reports for strategic decision-making, and assist in the research and analysis of potential projects;
7. Prepare relevant documents of REIT road show and other work related to investor relations;
8. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or investment or related disciplines;
2. More than 8 years of project investment experience with familiarity with greater China market, and the advantages and disadvantages of major cities of greater China;
3. Familiar with the market of real estate office and retail business in greater China, and understand the laws, regulations and policies related to real estate;
4. Familiar with the operation of commercial real estate projects with strong operational analysis and report writing ability;
5. Familiar with relevant software (PROJECT, CAD, etc.), proficient in Office software (WORD, EXCEL, VISIO, POWERPOINT, etc.);
6. Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of both Chinese and English. Cantonese would be an advantage.
