Do you have experience with MiFID, AIFMD, FinSA and CISA related investor protection, product suitability and offering rules? Are you interested in providing legal advice to our investment solutions business? We're looking for someone like that to:
• provide legal advice to various internal stakeholders on investor protection, product suitability and offering restrictions related matters relevant in the development and maintenance of discretionary, advisory and execution-only investment products and offerings, including drafting related client contracts and similar legal documents
• collaborate with internal and external partners to assess and design location specific product offering rules
• monitor legal and regulatory developments of relevance for the investment management, advisory and execution business in Switzerland and abroad (like UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II FinSA and CISA)
• collaborate with colleagues within Legal and our businesses across the regions in an advisory capacity
• act as point of entry for legal and regulatory matters, supporting business areas in implementing the regulatory framework in all stages of the product lifecycle including new products and services approvals
