Do you have experience with all legal and regulatory matters related to investment management and investment advice? Are you interested in providing legal advice to our Global Wealth Management investment solutions businesses? We're looking for someone like that to:
• advise our business on all legal matters regarding the development and maintenance of discretionary, advisory and execution-only investment offerings, including drafting related client contracts and similar legal documents
• monitor legal and regulatory developments of relevance for the investment management, advisory and execution business in Switzerland (like FIDLEG, FINIG, CISA, MiFID II, PRIIPS and AIFMD) and ensuring regulatory changes impacting advisory and discretionary services are appropriately implemented,
• collaborate with colleagues within the legal department and our businesses across the regions in an advisory capacity
• act as point of entry for legal and regulatory matters, supporting business areas in implementing the regulatory framework in all stages of the product lifecycle including new products and services approvals
