Responsibilities:

• Assist in investment operations including, order placement, settlement, corporate actions processing in the following product streams such as investment funds / equities / structured investment products;

• Provide middle and back office support for in-house funds, Discretionary accounts, other Insurance and investment products;

• Assist business onboarding such as account opening tasks on different platforms, including Fund Houses, Transfer Agents, securities firms and other counter parties;

• Coordinate with Fund Administrator, Transfer Agents, Custodians, Brokers and other parties for the Funds and the Portfolios;

• Maintain daily Funds’ and Portfolios’ valuations and reconciliations;

• Assist in Fund Audit;

• Monitor and ensure the Funds and portfolios are complied with the investment objectives and restrictions;

• Prepare Investment Fact Sheets or other relevant marketing materials;

• Assist in establishing new Funds;

• Assist in drafting clients’ agreement;

• Deal with other administrative works to the Funds and the Portfolios;

• Handle enquires from clients and Investment Consultants; 
• Ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Holder of HKAL or above with relevant experience in sale administration or customer services or operations

• Possess IIQAS license (paper 1,3, & 5) and/ or SFC license (paper 1,7, & 8) are preferred

• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details

• Able to work under pressure and with tight time line

• Fulfillment of the competency requirements for carrying out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance

• Initiative, cheerful and able to work independently

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• 3 Years relevant working experience
• Immediate availability

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager.
