Key Responsibilities

• Investment research reports collation, financial spreadsheet maintenance of companies/bank, macro/market monitors and bond data analysis ;
• Investment reporting and portfolio analysis;
• Manage the planning of strategic investments and non-strategic divestments for company growth;
• Conduct research and analysis on opportunities in related fields;
• Develop and prepare detailed financial models for strategic decision-making.
• Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor

Skill Requirements

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Business/Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 8 years of managerial experience in real estate business development, property acquisition/divestment, investment research and valuation or asset securitization;
• Outstanding knowledge in M&A activities, including due diligence, deal structuring and execution skills;
• Excellent market knowledge of the economic drivers for real estate industry especially in commercial and residential properties in key cities in China;
• Proficiency in financial modelling for projects and acquisition of assets is essential;
• Superior communication skills, both orally and in writing, and fluent in English & Chinese;
• Possesses extensive regional market knowledge, in particular China, as well as regional contact network;
• Have proven track record on strategy development on investments and asset management;
• Experience as effective negotiator in a highly competitive environment and have strong network and relationship with key real estate players (local and foreign), major developers and tenants, government agencies at national and local levels.
