To support investment fund operation, monitoring and reporting functions for AIA’s pension platform. This position will participate in various investment operation, control and reporting process for the MPF and Penson products, as well as assist in the implementation of various pension fund-related projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and handle the trade orders, reconciliation and valuation for the MPF and pension funds
• Handle with payment related matters with third party bank and perform relevant reconciliations
• Participate in various investment controls & monitoring specific for Pension funds, such as HKD exposure, FX tolerance level, Interest rate monitoring, etc.
• Handle regulatory reporting, including but not limited to regulatory reporting, internal management reporting, fund statisfical reporting, etc., and to ensure accuracy and timeliness of submission
• Monitor fee and expenses, cashflow, fund performance analysis and other  related reporting for Pension Funds
• Participate the annual audit of MPF and Pension Scheme and to ensure its done in a good quality and in a timely manner
• Handle regular financial reporting for group consolidation/management reporting/marketing/purposes for MPF and Pension regulated funds
• Support the implementation of new funds, automation projects, and other ad hoc projects
• Support compliance team to perform due diligence on external service providers (such as custodian and investment managers)

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in business or finance related subject or equivalent
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in MPF and pension fund operation (such as investment valuation, settlements and relevant pension funds experience)
• Familiar with MPFA and other regulators’ requirements on MPF funds
• Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Access & Excel)
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
