Purpose of your role

As an Investment Services Associate you will be responsible for supporting processes within all the current functions within Investment Services, primarily focusing on External Research Operations & Market Data. While some processes are well established, you may also be asked to develop your own processes and best practices in order to achieve the desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage invoicing for external research services & market data
• Manage invoice reconciliation process for external research
• Manage & maintain research provider settlement and KYC information
• Maintain and update market data database with contract and supplier details
• Assist in process reviews and process improvement initiatives
• Provide Ad-hoc and regular reporting required by management team
• Perform any additional tasks to support Investment Services functions as business needs evolve

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese, Japanese language skills preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and highly developed teamwork skills
• Ability to liaise with peers and client base at all levels
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitasking
• Ability to solve problems creatively and within strict timeliness
• Familiarity with research on the financial sector is preferred
• Degree/Diploma holder is preferred
