Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative/clerical support for assigned tasks and daily functions within department
• Assist in preparing reports/investment spreadsheets on potential investment projects mainly focusing on real estate sectors
• Conduct market research of requested information and transactions
• Consolidation of internal reports covering project progress and statistics data in Chinese
• Prepare meeting materials and minutes in Chinese
• Develop and maintain database and systematic filing system on related projects
• Assist in meeting/travel arrangement
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by seniors

Requirements:

• Master / Bachelor degree holder in business/real estate, preferably in architecture, construction management and surveying
• Only fresh graduates will be considered
• CFA Level I/II candidates and enrollment into APC or equivalent preferred
• Patient, considerate and detail-oriented
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must, Cantonese shall be fluent
• Hands-on PC skills including M.S. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
