Work as Investor Relations (IR) correspondent in China coordinating IR related events and topics. Assisting China M&A related topics.
IR Responsibility:
- Proactively screening, evaluation and analysis of Daimler IR relevant topics, concerning Daimler’s China business operations (e.g. via analyst research, press releases, peer analysis etc.). Preparation and coordination of necessary co mmunication guildelines jointly with local communication department and other involved stakeholders.
- Coordination for Daimler Annual Meeting from GRC side
- Event management with China focus (coordinate IR meetings, conferences, field trips, prepare management presentations, logistics).
- Regular reporting of standard reporting measures used in IR (e.g. China business update, China Sales Release, China Sales Mix) and case-by-case support for central IR functions.
M&A Tasks:
- Support and coordinate M&A projects in Greater China region
- Information screening and monitoring of invested companies and other players in the related industry (upon request)
- Deep-dive analysis on the companies within automobile industry esp. with focus on financials and capital market activities, e.g. competitor analysis
