Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan the corporate communications, media relations and investor relations programmes to facilitate effective communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in formulating corporate communications and media strategies, independently execute and monitor those campaigns through public relations, event management, advertising and sponsorship
  • Prepare speeches, press release, newsletters, presentation materials and manage media interviews
  • Maintain good relationship with the media, analysts, shareholders and the community
  • Prepare the contents and coordinate the production of marketing communications collaterals, including publications, advertising, corporate premiums, etc. for the Group and business units
  • Assist in organising corporate events for staff, customers and shareholders
  • Provide media strategies for PR campaigns to raise awareness of corporate image and brand branding
  • Handle enquiries from the media and shareholders
  • Assist in issue management as required
  • Other administrative and ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Translation or related disciplines
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and investor relations in sizable listed companies
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Experience in annual report production and issue management is preferred
  • Experience in media publicity and organising corporate social responsibility event would be an added advantage  
  • Detail-minded, independent, well-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
