Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing the road shows, annual announcement and investors meetings
• Provide strategic advice to key management of listed companies
• Prepare various written materials for clients, including corporate PPT, press release, chairman statement, quarterly newsletter, monthly and weekly reports;
• Communicate with investors/ analysts/ media and handle queries from investors and related parties
• Assisting in preparing the interim, annual reports, press releases and corporate brochures
• Building up and maintain a long term relationship with investors and potential investors
• Formulate and execute strategies and programmes for investor relations activities
• Work with PR/IR teams in the creation of news releases
• Support supervisors to perform the investor relations (IR) function and prepare Chairman's statement and other communication materials;
• Provide support in company secretarial duties, including CCT, share option etc
• Assist in compliance with Listing Rules requirements and all relevant statutory, regulatory and corporate governance matters of the Group;
• Handle any ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Economics, Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience in listed companies or financial industry with excellent knowledge in finance
• Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency with MS Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Must be detail-minded, meticulous and proactive
• Proven communication and organizational skill
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadline
• Able to work independently
• Experience in Chinese based companies/ property developer is highly preferred;
