#### Position Description:


\- Plan, organize and supervise the annual and quarterly earnings activities
\- Lead in the preparation of Lenovo Analyst Day and other company events as
related to IR team
\- Initiate and coordinate investor events across different geographies
including investor roundtables, sell-side/industry conferences, investor site
visits and other event-type of activities; prepare monthly summaries on the
events and post-event summaries for management review
\- In charge of the invitation process for all events
\- Work with sell-side to initiate NDR trips to all geographies and maintain
good relationship with all CAs at sell-side houses and buy-side investors
\- Prepare a monthly report on activity summary and assist preparation of bi-
weekly report
\- Establish and maintain investor CRM database
\- Lead and coordinate the inter departments’ corporation of the
annual/interim report production
\- Complete annual Lenovo perception study and identify activities to address
investor concerns based on the study’s findings

#### Position Requirements:


\- Bachelor’s Degree or above
\- At least 3 years of experience in investor relation and/or corporate access
position in an investment bank
\- Strong experience in event coordination
\- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
\- Willing to take initiatives and identify possible resource gaps
\- A strong team player and commitment to have a job done
