職務說明

• Handle all aspects of IR such as the development and management of the current shareholder conferences and investor calls programs.
• Increase and develop Investor base with helping the company's strategy to attract Institutional and Corporate Investors.
• Attend conferences or visit investors and prepare/provide feedback to management with regards to investment community's perception.
• Provide market insights to the Executive management team, including financial trends, shareholder concerns, competitor actions, and anything that might impact the company.
• Other management team assigned tasks.

• Minimal of 5 Years work experience in IR function in public listed company.
• Great communication of English and Mandarin is required.
• Positive and engaging personality.
• Previous work experience within IT/Software industry or related is preferred.
