Job Description
Eaton’s Corporate is currently seeking an Invoice Processing to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro Office. The Invoice Processing is in Supplier Process (Accounts Payable- Invoice Preparation) in a fast paced, high volume SSC environment that processes $X Million in invoices annually. The position is responsible for preparing and processing invoices with a high degree of efficiency and quality. Some activities related with the position will be: Perform data entry by analyzing each transaction to determine specific customer’s requirements. Monitors and analyzes volumes by product group (volumes pending entry). Reviews and monitors individual workload. Prepares monthly report-outs for team meetings to measure team performance. Gathers data for potential process improvements. Trains team member(s) on primary functions/processes of data entry. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor degree in accounting or fianance preferred. A minimum of 0- 6 months of experience in the area. Good written and oral communication skills Attention to detail. Adaptability to change. Excellent customer service attitude with good work ethic. Highly motivated self-starter who can work well in a team environment or independently Preferred Qualifications: Bookkeeping and/or accounts payable experience. Need Oracle and SAP Accounts Payable knowledge. Experience with 170 Systems - Markview imaging. Basic data entry skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar. Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) required. Shared service experience a plus.
