The Invoicing Manager ensures adequate monitoring/preparation of the entire payment certificate, approval, invoicing, and payment process according to the relevant rules and guidelines guidelines as applied within the project organization. Overall objective is to control and ensure the preparation of milestone payment documentation and timely receipt of due payments. Creates and maintains the invoicing & payment management procedure & plan, implements the defined procedures & rules, and ensures that all approved policies and procedures are consistently implemented and administrated throughout the project duration In collaboration with the relevant team members and the internal partners the Invoicing Manager monitors the contractual payment milestones to ensure its timely approval Based on the approved payment milestones the Invoicing Manager prepares the relevant supporting documentation for the payment certificate and ensures timely submission and its approval Based on the received payments, the Invoicing Manager arranges banking, and payment distribution To fulfill the entire payment certificate, invoicing and payment process, the Invoicing Manager must communicate and collaborate actively with all relevant team members of the project, with the Customer in case of required clarification and with the local proficient Authorities in case of any clarification or the necessity to acquire supporting documentation, e.g., Tax, Insurance, papers During the flow of the above-mentioned process and for whatever reason any delay occurs, the Invoicing Manager is responsible to notify in due time any delay or hindrance to the Project Management The Invoicing Manager has a leading responsibility that all payment activities, e.g., advance payment, progress payment, payments for additional work, claims, etc. be accurately recorded and reported in a cumulative manner for the past, actual, remaining under using appropriate templates in case the payment certificate does not record and document such values Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid! Business Administration degree (e.g., Finance & Accounting) A minimum of 5 years applied experience of Financial Controlling and Reporting in major engineering projects in similar industrial projects, Railway experience is an added value. Knowledge of project management principles for project realization and execution Proficient English and Native Arabic Independent and structured approach to work Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills High level of customer and quality orientation together with strong abilities in consulting and implementation What else do you need to know?
