This is an exciting opportunity to join our Israel Payroll team supporting a complex and ever-evolving business. As a Payroll business analyst your key responsibilities will be to ensure service delivery which includes setting goals and expectations through planning meetings, change management and relevant training, managing stakeholders, and providing feedback. In this position, you will perform payroll end-to-end processes' management and executions, including all necessary duties to prepare payroll information for data entry. 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
- Ensuring Payroll Suppliers have all information at hand to deliver their services. 
- Validate payroll gross to net calculation including income tax, national insurance, study fund, and pension. 
- Prepares, maintains, and compiles various payroll records 
- Support employees' queries and business partners' requests
- Using data to drive problem resolution. 

This is a temporary position for up to 1 year.

Qualifications

Previous experience and knowledge in the payroll domain

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment. Flexible and open to change

Knowledge and experience in leading process improvement, optimization, and standardization initiatives

Problem-solving and proven analytical skills with an ability to re-engineer and improve processes. The self-assurance to deal with tough problems/situations
