Intel corporate services (CS) is looking for a talented, social, experienced and hardworking individual to support small projects in its R&D campus in the Center of Israel & lead strategic facilities planning across all campuses. For full time position. The project manager will be responsible for the construction projects in IS RDSM (R&D, sales and marketing) based in Petach Tikva and will support the various campuses of Caesarea, Tel Aviv, Petack Tikva, etc.. The PM will be responsible for customer alignment within RDSM area, understand the customers' needs, develop the project SOW and manage the execution. The project manager will act as the single point of contact from project inception to handover for CS operational owners. Facilities planning will include strategic support in all RDSM campuses (HA, Central, JER). The planner will be the point of contact for all local space issues, including support of HC growth (support moves planning, expansion or renovation projects, CRs management) and labs planning. The planner will also matrix manage tactical local space planners in each campus to ensure all day-2-day support is done properly and maintain high-level of data reliability. Qualifications
Required:
A bachelor's degree, or higher, in Civil or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 2nd degree is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in managing construction projects and space planning.
The ability to gather customer requirements and build project scope.
High-level of diplomacy, stakeholder management and communications skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple projects execution and sequencing (Multitask).
The ability to work with the contract manager, develop RFP and resolve contract non-compliance with the suppliers and stakeholders.
Utilization of benchmarks / targets to challenge contractor bid proposals.
Ability to construct a project schedule in a readable format, navigate the critical path, develop mitigation / recovery schedule when unforeseeable items occur.
Ability to identify commissioning needs.
Displays a positive attitude and "can do" demeanor.
A demonstrated capability as an analytical & innovative thinker in challenging boundary conditions.
Creativity in problem-solving.
High customer orientation and results orientation.
Attention to details and documentation.
Desired:
Knowledge of CMP, PMBOK or PMP certification - Advantage.
Track record as a role model for safety in construction - Advantage.
