The Company is engaged in the production and marketing of high-end water-soluble fertilizer, providing China’s modern agriculture with integrated solution for fertigation.

Duties / Responsibilities:
Work as Agronomist Lecturer
1. Conducts experiments or investigations in field-crop problems and develops new methods of growing crops to secure more efficient production, higher yield, and improved quality
2. Plans and carries out breeding studies at experiment stations or farms to develop and improve varieties of field crops
3. Develop innovative research-based techniques in agronomist functions and programs
4. Educational / promotional presentations around China
5. Provide personal consultation with customers when needed

Work as Business Development
6. Sales Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
7. Solicit customers & increase acres and/or opportunities
8. Help to integrate the people and business into the parent company
9. Cooperation with Locals authority, Research Centre
10. Other duties as necessary

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
1. Desire to serve farmers and others involved in the agriculture industry
2. Demonstrate skills in sales •
3. Willingness to work as a team member
4. Desire to remain updated with new agricultural trends and technology
5. Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture with emphasis on agronomy, crop, soil, weed management, ag business, or other ag science course work
6. Applicants with backgrounds in agriculture or interns in fertilizer consulting will have advantages
7. 30%-40% travel required
8. Israeli, and Europeans are welcomed
