Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate online with players from Italian-speaking areas.
2. Manage game forums, email communication, and solve related problems.
3. Properly and promptly handle player complaints to effectively resolve player dissatisfaction.
4. Understand player needs and record their feedback.
5. Actively participate in process and business improvement efforts, and provide reasonable suggestions.
6. Support translation and localization from Chinese into Italian;
7. Complete other tasks assigned ad hoc.

Job Requirements:

1. Native speaker of Italian
2. Fluent level of Chinese (HSK4-5)
3. Deep understanding of the Italian culture.
4. Passionate about video games and rich experience playing video games.
5. Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit.
6. Able to multitask, diligent and responsible.

Basic information:

Job type: Full-time on-site (no remote)
Location: SHANGHAI, Loushanguan Rd Line 2 Metro Station
Work Visa: Provided
Salary: 10k-13k RMB (depending on experience)
Working hours:
Monday and Friday 10am-7pm (including one-hour break)
Tuesday to Thursday 10am-9pm (including 2-hours break)
Weekend and holiday shifts
