• Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor
• Ensure the kitchen sanitation all the times
• Clean and maintain equipment and area used in food preparation
• Responsible to purchase all goods
• Always to compare the prices with other suppliers
• Able to prepare different menu , buffet and special events
• Able to communicate with the local staff
• Need a person is willing to teach and repeat all the times
• Need a person is willing to develop the staff
• Able to follow our Bella Napoli’s standard all the times
• To Familiarize with all the costumers

Requirements:

• Diploma or attestation of the hotel school
• Age preferable from 30-40 years old
• Italian and English speaking and writing
• Italian nationality
• Need a person open mind, socialize with our Chinese and international clientele
• Knowledge of Italian regional food
• Able to use the computer with world, excel
• Flexibility is a MUST!
