- We provide quality express delivery and logistics solutions in Hong Kong
- HK office : 120 staff
We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING MOVING PLANNER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide excellent customer service for the moving work
- Issue invoice & quotation, and handle cargo
- Perform insurance arrangement
- Monitor the moving status by worksite visit
- Any ad-hoc projects assigned
- High school graduate or above
- 1-year customer service or operations experience gained from logistic company is an advantage
- No related experience would be also considered
- Native Japanese (or JLPT N1 holder) and conversational English
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days
- Medical benefits
