THE COMPANY :
  • Japanese company
  • Manufacturing : soldering including solder wire, solder bar and solder paste for various industrial applications
  • Factories : Japan, Huizhou, Shanghai, Tianjin & Beijing
  • Main market : HK and China
  • Key customers : Japanese companies including Toshiba, Sony, TDK, Omron etc
  • We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES MANAGER – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Report to Japanese Director who is based in Japan Headquarters
  • Fully manage HK sales office of 20 staff
  • Lead the HK office to perform clients & orders follow up, as well as ensure on time delivery of goods
  • Manage the communications with Japanese clients & various China factories
  • Ensure professional customer service is delivered to corporate clients  
  • Manage sales documentations like quotations & invoices etc
  • Manage Sales Team, Sales Admin Team, Shipping Team and other office supporting staff
  • University graduates
  • Proficient in Japanese, English & Chinese
  • Experience in managing a small sales / trading office is highly prefer
  • Experience in servicing Japanese corporate clients is highly prefer 
  • Experience in Japanese companies is highly prefer
  • Occasional trip to Japan Headquarters (for training); and trips to various China factories (for bringing customers to visit factories or for meetings)
  • 5 Days Work 
  • Public Holiday 
  • Traffic Allowance 
  • 5 days work 
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
