THE COMPANY :
  • Design manufacture and trading company 
  • Main products : toys, gift & premium items carrying own brands
  • HK office : TST East
  • Factory : China 
  • Main market : Japan
  • We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING MERCHANDISER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB : 
  • Handle overseas buyers' inquiries and follow up orders independently.
  • Liaise closely with inter-companies and buyers to fulfill the order and sample.
  • Continually develop expertise to support growth for new projects.
  • Monitor order process to ensure on time shipment.
  • Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers.
  • Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with related parties and customers and determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action.
  • Ensure supplier compliance and buyer company requirements for safety.
  • Follow up new item development of products for any case needed.
  • Liaise with Accounting Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with buyers.
  • Good command of spoken and written Japanese and English is a MUST
  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences in the field
  • Working experience in manufacturing and trading company environment
  • Good skill for MS office tools is a must.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow through
  • No or very few trips needed  
  • 5 days work 
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus

  • Office location : TST East
