THE COMPANY :

- R&D, manufacture and sales : own brand trimmings for apparel and sportswear, and ribbons for packaging materials
- Award winning : Tokyo Fashion Award, Fashion Prize of Tokyo
- Factories : 2 X China and 1 X Japan
- Main market : global including international apparel and sports brands
- Hong Kong office : sales office servicing international brands for global market
- Other offices : Germany, Paris, Milan, New York, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shenzhen, Vietnam etc
- Showrooms : Paris, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong.
- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- University graduates
- Proficient of written and spoken Japanese, English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 1 to 3 years working experience in any field, preferably in trading or manufacturing related
- Experience in sales / marketing / client servicing / sales coordinating / sales supporting / orders processing / merchandising is a plus
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Responsible for providing professional client service to assigned global apparel & sports brands
- Handle clients' enquiries and requests
- Follow up orders
- Handle daily communications internally and externally
- Provide sales & after sales services to clients
- Maintain and enhance relationship with customers
- Analyse sell through data, prepare various reports
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus

- Annual leave : 10 days (1st year); 15 days (3rd year); upto max 20 days
- Office location : Lai Chi Kok
