Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Japanese multinational company
  • Electronic brand owner
  • Main products : office automation products and systems
  • Hong Kong office : regional office and trading office for China and Asia Pacific region
  • Factories : China, SE Asia and Japan
  • We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES COORDINATOR (trading) - with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Handle customer orders and inquiries
  • Generate orders according to headquarters' requests
  • Control delivery schedule with related parties
  • Handle various reports and monthly payment settlement
  • Follow up shipment status
  • Create sales notes
  • University graduates
  • At least 2 years working experience in trading or manufacturing related
  • Experience in customer support / supply chain / logistics or equivalent is highly prefer
  • Good communication in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • No trips is required
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:20pm)  
  • 12 days annual leave  
  • 13 months salary + attractive performance bonus
