Job Responsibilities

• Development of innovative system solutions and products for machine tools (CNC)
• Expert for functionality and application of CNC control and drives
• Innovative development
• Assistance in discussing customer requirements
• Development and design of new product requirements, as well as their coordination with internal and external suppliers
• Creation and validation of development documents (requirements, specifications) and product documentation
• System integration and verification of new functions
• Planning, implementation and documentation of system tests
• Customer support and troubleshooting support
• Engineering, commissioning and programming of CNC control systems (NC and PLC programming, HMI configuration, drive commissioning)

Qualifications

• Master or above in Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or automation technology
• Expertise in the field of control technology and drive technology for machine tools
• Application experience in the programming and commissioning of controllers and drives
• Independent and systematic way of working
• Teamwork and willingness to cooperate
• Good skills in English language or in German language (spoken and written)
• Overseas working or study experience is a plus
