To assist in all HR areas related to Bancassurance Recruitments and other business partnering activities

• Establish a strong rapport with reporting managers to understand their staffing needs in filling Bancassurance vacancies in a timely manner
• Review job applications and conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and conduct role specific pre-employment tests
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration by building relationships with universities, educational institutes, employment agencies and other potential sources
• Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation required during the acquisition process
• Ensure all reference checks, compliance checks and all necessary checks are done on selected candidates
• Conduct regular reviews on the acquisition process and adopt best practices in order to increase the efficiency
• Conduct periodic reviews on employee turnover and assist to implement corrective actions
