The incumbent of the position will be responsible for the following duties, on a 11-month contract basis;

Background & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor degree in Law required, preferably specialized in commercial laws,
•    Advanced command of written and spoken English,
•    Solid knowledge of general commercial law,
•    Good judgment and maturity skills, 
•    Capable of assessing and advising internal clients on legal risks and proposing successful solutions, 
•    High interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
•    Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to details,
•    Multi-tasked, result oriented & focus on delivery,
•    No military obligation for male candidates

Job description:
•    Draft and/or review vendor contracts
•    Coordinate various corporate governance matters involving both AstraZeneca Turkey and Zeneca Turkey, e.g. general assembly meetings, signature circulars, capital increases, POAs, etc.
•    Manage contract template repositories and contract management & archiving system
•    Advice on general compliance matters, including interactions with health care professionals and health care organizations 
•    Advice on data privacy issues
•    Draft and/or review various agreements with health care professionals and health care organizations
•    Conduct quarterly monitoring activities
