Job Description

Overall purpose of job:

• Provides complete administrative and clerical support to different functions such as maintaining inventory of office stationeries, pantry, courier arrangement, management in warehouse and storeroom, billing record, purchase order and payment arrangement, support of company events and adhoc requests by staffs.

 

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Provides office administrative support for the whole company

• Maintaining inventory of office stationeries and pantry

• Filing of document and distributing mail

• Review, process & scans invoices and other related information

• Answer daily phone calls

• Identifies and resolves or escalates potential logistics issues

• Makes ad hoc delegation decisions on communications and implements them.

• Organizes confidential files, manages relevant data, and maintains accurate records.

• Sets up luncheons, dinners, and meetings.

 

Essential knowledge and skills:

• Minimum three-year experience in administration role

• Handle ad-hoc projects tasks upon request

• Responsible for general administration duties  

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Pleasant, mature, presentable, self-motivated and responsible

• Immediate availability is preferred.
