• Maintain SAP inventory – expiry management, product destruction, reconcile with Distributor month end close record
• Manage inventory and ordering of packaging material
• Perform assigned tasks in month end write off stock take & annualphysical stock count
• Generate and manage SC reporting –backorder, inventory report;Order Fulfillment report, month end inventory reconciliation
• Back-up for demand planning and replenishment processes
• Follow up sales order and billings to keep track with monthly business target
• Coordinate local redressing activities of our distributor and ensure their compliance with GMP/GDP
• Primary liaison with In-house Sales Team and Distributors on Customer Service issues – order on hold/release; credits, debits, reverse logistics, general enquires, monitoring performance, etc

• Customer Service Master Data and Account Management
• Triage Customer Service issues with wholesalers, hospitals andpharmacies
• Maintain & manage product pricing with Distributors
• Manages all Medical Requests, Free Goods/Sample delivery & Good Replacement process
• Deviation Management via In-House Event Tracking System
• Monitor shipment from distribution center in Europe and US and workwith Freight Forwarder on import clearance and trucking arrangement
• Maintain systematic application/ filling of shipping and I/E documentation which comply requirement from Custom and Excise Department and Department of Health for pharmaceutical products
• Work closely with regulatory affairs team on submission/ implementation and the product/insert changes
• Communicate/ Deploy Standard Operation Procedures and BusinessPolicies and procedures relevant to product supply within Company and distributor
• Assembles monthly supply chain metrics to Regional SC and global functions as requested.
• Provide back up to other supply chain team members during periods of absenteeism
• Take an active role in investigating and implementing new procedures andimprovements.
• Be aware of and work within company policies and industry guidelines

Requirement 

• University graduate major in Supply Chain/ Logistics management
• At least 2 years’ experience in supply chain, finance, logistics or similar field(prefer in the pharmaceutical industry)
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
