Develop brand strategy, plan and execute marketing programs for assigned brands
P&L management and budget control of the responsible products
Work with KOL to conclude market insights and to develop marketing programs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives
To achieve assigned sales objectives and qualitative objectives
Reviews and analyzes customer orders and product sales and establishes an improvement plan for those that are not on target
Manage the call plan for both existing and new customers and manage the assigned territories
Analyze ordering pattern & product sales and prepare all the related reports and presentation as required
Provide customer services to our HCP and develop KOLs
Provide accurate sales forecast
Relay market insight to management
Comply with Integrity and compliance standard
Qualifications
University graduate
3-5 years sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, infectious disease is preferable but not a must
Experience in marketing or passionate for marketing will be an advantage
Strong team player with good project management, analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
