This position is a technical sales lead aligned to the Japan Business Consumption Sales.
Responsible for advising and influencing the data center ramp AI Solution to the end user customers, ISVs, OEMs, partners and scale engines cross all industry in Japan.
Discover and understand the business use case and technical merits of a solution and co-owning relationships with customer and partner decision-makers to influence the customers purchasing decision with vertical account executives.
Works with all audiences to accelerate adoption of Intel based platforms and document gaps, provide feedback to solution stakeholders including: solution architects, business leaders and partners, OEMs, system integrators, solution integrators, solution providers, and ISVs ; service providers.
Daily activities will include providing direct technical assistance to customers and partners, interfacing with Sr. technical decision makers for Line of Business and Operational Technology Groups and representing customer market segment requirements back into the business unit for future product planning.
This is a commissioned technical sales position, reports directly report to Japan Business Consumption Horizontal Sales Team Manager.
Qualifications
A self-motivated, self-sufficient and self-start individual who can the initiative and using problem solving to drive to results.
Senior, successful technical sales development professional with strong 10+ years' experience in Datacenter solution development and passion to selling to top industry customers. And prove of track of record in successfully engaging, negotiating and influencing at an executive and management levels in technical perspective.
A strong technical solution sales background from a solution provider or integrator in the in Datacenter and AI related technical field, experience with architecting, prototyping and production of Datacenter related solution in solving a business problem
Ability to manage complex technical program across business unit project teams, which consist of field commercial and technical teams, marketing, business unit and support staff internally and externally with partners.
Ability and motivation to stay current on emerging industry trends, technologies, and issues with infrastructure and Vertical solutions and market expertise. Proven track record of leading in complex customer and partner engagements
Strong attitude on result oriented and discipline and prove of track of record on making and meeting the commitment
Experience in setting and implementing global strategies regionally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
A bachelor degree in BA/BS is a must and a Master's Degree will be preferred
Language proficiency- Native Japanese and business English are required
