1、Drive countries Sales & Operation meeting as supply chain representative on the forecast and committed plan.

2、Create cluster/countries demand by working with SPG and sales team.

3、Interface with countries SPG/Sales team to generate forecast and work with aggregate planner/manufacturing to establish supply plan, maintain the ROP level for countries stock items and supply plan for non-stock items.

4、To coordinate delivery and shipment plan according to actual sales order, production and stock availability for on time delivery of customer orders. To manage deliveries in line with customer expectations, liaising with COS and logistics.

5、Manage SKU house-keeping and work with SPG/Sales team on SKU rationalization.

6、Work with SPG/Sales team to manage countries slow moving inventory.

7、Drive countries Sales forecast accuracy.

8、To understand, record and update internal and external customers’ requirements and complaints. Internally coordinate with other functions to resolve any supply relative issue.

9、Achieve overall SPD target for cluster/countries, including Inv, SA, SKU, etc.

10、To provide support for other members of the team and back up as required for others.

11、Lead supply chain continuous improvement projects

Major Accountability:

Drive countries monthly SOP and weekly SOP process following standard tool to achieve KPI and customer satisfaction. Supply Chain Lead will be required to liaise & work closely with these contacts: sales & SPG contacts in the cluster/country, aggregate/senior planner, COS, manufacturing, logistics, master data, finance, etc.

Knowledge, Experiences, Skills:

1、Proven planning, customer service or logistics experience.

2、Good command of oral & written Japanese and English. Fluency in Korean will be an advantage.

3、Open to new processes/process improvements and good at learning.

4、Independence and teamwork spirit.

5、PC skills – familiar with electronic communication and workflows, competent on Excel, Access and Power point

6、SAP experience would be an advantage.

7、An ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.

8、A pro-active and flexible attitude.

9、An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines when required.

10. Able to work following the Japan working calendar.
