iSoftStone (NYSE: ISS), a leading IT outsourcing service provider, is looking for a Quality Controller for the Japanese Market, to collaborate with us on a long-term project with a large global MNC.

Job Description:
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality of deliverables for our client’s project
- Guarantee our client’s demands are fully met
- Oversee the entire workflow of the project for the Japanese market
- Ensure business processes are efficient
- Pinpoint potential defects in the service
- Offer creative solutions for improvements

Skills & Qualifications:
- Can read Japanese – Can look at Japanese websites and evaluate and then rate its content.
- Good written English - Written work will be reviewed by the client, so it needs to be English and of a good standard.
- QC or QA experience preferred
- IT literate
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Responsible and strong under pressure

Work Conditions:
- Full training provided
- work around 15-20 hours per week, depends on the tasks
- Work from home

Training period will be a couple weeks, most of that can be done out of the office but it may involve a few days for the first few weeks coming to the office for training. Once you are trained up, then you can work almost entirely out of the office aside from an occasional meeting.
