Responsibility:
1.Customer contact, including personal visits as required and other forms of follow-up.
2.Maintain our present customers of Japan.
3.Develop and establish new customer relationship.
4.Customer service and problem resolution.
5.Interfacing with Managers for feedback.
Qualification:
1. Bachelors Degree preferred.
2. Familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application).
3.Possessing a high level of business acumen and the quantitative/analytical capacity to understand complex sales processes. Strategic selling skills, effective negotiating skills, and commitment to customers are required.
4.Proven experience in establishing and building client relationships.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Optimism, enthusiasm and humor are valuable characteristics.
6.Integrity, team orientation are very important.
