Our client, a reputable Japanese restaurant chain, is seeking for an accounting professional to support their new business set up in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of account
• Prepare and manage monthly & periodic management accounts accurately and submit to HQ in timely manner
• Respond and submit consolidation package instructed by HQ
• Ensure accounting transactions are in compliance with IFRS, applicable laws and regulations
• Liaise with external auditors and HQ to support statutory audits and group instruction
• Report to Managing Director

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• 5 years or above experience in full set accounting
• Sound knowledge of HKIFRS, IFRS and taxation laws
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
