Our client, a reputable Japanese trading conglomerate, is seeking for a high-calibre candidate to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Closely work with top management to develop business in Greater Bay Area
• Understand company's business strategy and pro-actively execute plans
• Build relationship with new contacts through referral, business networking etc.
• Identify, assess business opportunities and report to management
• Negotiate with different internal and external parties
• Collaborate with PRC group companies and related Japan HQ sections
• Frequent business trip is expected.  Locations mostly are PRC and Japan, may include Southeast Asia also

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Solid sales and business development experience, preferably gained from Japanese company
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).  Business level in Japanese (JLPT N1 or above)
• Proactive, flexible and aggressive with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
