Job Description

Our client, a reputable Japanese restaurant chain, is seeking for a HR staff to support their new business set up in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll and MPF administration
  • Check attendance data and keep proper record
  • Closely liaise with management for shifts and records of restaurant staffs
  • Assist in company's hiring
  • Other administration and ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Saturday, Sunday or Holiday duty may be required time to time, compensation leave will be provided

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 1 year working experience in HR field, especially in payroll administration.  Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Cantonese.  Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Willing to listen and eager to take up multiple tasks in start-up environment
