Job Description
Our client, a well-known and established firm, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Key Account Manager.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Act as point of contact for various petrochemical companies
  • Fulfil customers' overall needs
  • Develop the utilities business, with an overall aim to improve the PFO of the business, retain existing business, and manage the customers’ expectations and relationships
  • Make significant effort to constantly track and understand customer dynamics to predict utilities demand and impact on revenue
  • Structure and negotiate contracts with 
  • Plan & implement sound and effective pricing policies and pricing strategies
  • Review and drafting of all Terms & Conditions of contracts
  • Strategize with the relevant departments to negotiate with customers on pricing, contractual and technical terms
  • Perform financial analysis and risk analysis on new investments to serve new customers
  • Work with internal stakeholders for parameters in determining pricing and cost structure
  • Collaboration across verticals for  bundling of products and services across Gas, Solar, Water, Waste Management and Power & Utilities to customers
  • Support business development and enhancement opportunities 
  • Perform due diligence to assist operation in maintaining compliance with regulations

Job Requirements:
  • Degree from a recognized university. Degree in Engineering or business field will be an advantage
  • 1 – 2 years experience in managing medium to large accounts
  • Japanese language proficiency in order to manage Japanese accounts and liaise with Japanese clients/stakeholders
