- Communication level proficiency in written and spoken Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Mature, able to work independently

Responsibilities:
- Handle overall sales administrative duties
- Prepare quotation and sales report
- Process sales order, data input
- Ad hoc duties assigned by senior management
