Requirements:
- Min 3 years or above EMS sales/business development experience
- Must be advanced proficiency in both speaking and writing Japanese and Mandarin, Conversational level English
- Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel overseas

Duties:
- Responsible for overall product development for assigned client
- Identify the areas for potential business growth
- Monitor quality, delivery, cost, product/engineering changes
- Coordinate with all functional groups, ensure timely completion of production schedule
- Liaison with Japan head office
- Ad hoc duties assigned by senior management
