Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the construction and operation of construction, decoration and municipal engineering management systems;
2. Preparation and review of technical documents for bidding, such as construction, hardcover and municipal landscape projects;
3. Architectural and decoration drawings review, technical guidance, training, etc.;
4. Responsible for leading the solution of emergencies and difficult problems on the project construction site, making predictions on industry dynamics and strategic objectives, and achieving effective prevention and control and review and precipitation;
5. Technical training, promotion and management implementation of Japanese new materials and new processes.

Job Requirements
(1) The experts have experience in helping domestic enterprises and have actual landing results, including specific landing results such as enterprise standardization construction, technology improvement, management tools, and management methods, and have a research basis.
(2) Have two or more real estate, plant construction management and technical integrity experience. Responsible for the overall technical management of the company.
